The hotel rooms were a good size for a family of four, but a bit far away from the lobby. The service was friendly with basic English communication, yet lacking clear information about key amenities. The location is close to Sanya city and major tour points, although a bit far from the city center. The dining options were good but lacked enough Western food. On the positive side, the staff was very friendly and the location was nice.
